What does fulfillment mean?
Fulfillment means completion, but we do not use this translation in e-commerce. First of all, the names webshop logistics or outsourced logistics have spread, because they are the names of a comprehensive service designed for online stores.

Our headquarters are in the 15th district. Our address: 1151 Budapest, Székely Elek út 13-15.
How long does the implementation take?
Thanks to our own logistics software, we integrate our fulfillment solution into your online store in the shortest possible time. With our in-house IT team, work is smooth, but we also pay attention to teaching your team how to use StoreLog.
Is there a minimum/maximum product or package limit?
We can meet the needs of both small and large customers. The minimum limit is to deliver 3-5 packages per day.
Does the fulfillment service also work with a rented webshop engine?
Yes, we can currently implement our software with 7 rental webshop engines: Unas, Shoprenter, Magento, Shopify, OpenCart, WooCommerce and our PrestaShop integration works.

Can my customers return the product?
Yes, returns are part of our warranty. Your customers can return those orders directly to our fulfillment center: it is worth indicating this in the GTC section of your webshop and on the delivery note.

Do you handle LOT and serial numbers?
Our system also handles LOT and manufacturer article numbers in a prepared manner, so our warehouse can serve you even if you have such products. The serial number and the LOT number are recorded by our staff at the time of receipt, for which our system generates and prints a separate barcode. Thanks to this, our colleague only needs to scan that barcode during the packaging phase. Thanks to this, it is possible to know exactly which package a product with a given serial number was placed in, without the packaging colleague having to record it manually.
